Sarawak Borneo
Assalamualaikum wbt.
Sarawak the land of hornbills.
Many people in this era still have those thinking that 'Sarawak has no cars, the people use boat whenever they go' 'Sarawakian has traffic lights? Wow' 'Sarawak use spears to catch fish'
So, to brighten up these mentality thinking, Sarawak today is different than before. We do have cars, have tall buildings, hotel and traffic lights too. You guys might wondering, why I tell you about Sarawak for today? It is because I was born in Kuching Sarawak and lived for almost 11 years, and I can speak their language fluently since that is my language. Today I would bring all of you to Sarawak Borneo.
What so special about it?
Umai Obor Obor
Yes it is 'obor obor' or jellyfish. It is actually starts from Melanau ethnic and now most sarawakian including Malay would take this as their favorite (like me). It tastes so slimy yet juicy. Next is...
Mee Kolok
Mee Kolok is one of Sarawakian favorite food ad everybody should taste it. The last one is Linut.
It looks like a gam but it taste so good. Made from sagon that sells at nearest stall.
